Processing error on Visa transactions

You may have seen or heard media reports that Visa transactions between 11-13 March 2017 from Woolworths Supermarkets, Dan Murphy’s, BIG W, Woolworths Petrol and BWS have been mistakenly duplicated on Visa accounts.  We have been advised that Woolworths are in the process of reversing these duplicated payments on members’ accounts and expect this to be completed this afternoon.

If your Nexus Mutual account was overdrawn as a result of this processing error, no overdrawn fee will be charged.  There is no action required on your part, however should you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 65 33 28.
