Why is the branch moving?

During the year, ExxonMobil sold its Melbourne head office and announced its intention to relocate to new offices at 664 Collins Street, Docklands in June 2018. Our members are at the centre of everything we do and this means being close by to ensure we continue to meet the financial needs of our members and the broader ExxonMobil community. That’s why in June 2018 we are also relocating to 664 Collins Street, Docklands. The new purpose-built office will incorporate a full-service branch and provide for an enhanced member experience.

When will the branch be relocated?

The Nexus Mutual branch will be open for business Monday 28 May 2018 at 664 Collins Street, Docklands. Come say hello, drop in for a chat or just come and have a look at your new full-service branch designed to provide you with an enhanced member experience.

Will the branch opening and closing times remain the same?

Yes, the branch opening and closing times will remain the same. Our Melbourne branch business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.00pm. The Sale branch business hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Will I still be able to buy my movie tickets from the branch?

Yes, movie tickets will still be sold at our new branch located on level 10, 664 Collins Street Melbourne.

What is 664 Collins Street?

664 Collins Street is a modern light-filled office building due to be completed in 2018. Located on Melbourne’s premier street 664 Collins Street has a variety of dining options from fine dining restaurants to family-run delis and stylish cafés for you to discover an array of great food options within walking distance.

There’s also plenty of surrounding green spaces to choose from, including Docklands Park and riverfront Batman Park and a variety of shopping strips nearby and Melbourne’s best theatres, art galleries and museums and Etihad Stadium merely a stone’s throw away.

Does the new building have a Green Star rating?

664 Collins Street has a design committed to achieving a 5 Star Green Star rating and a 5 Star NABERS rating – supporting a green working environment for staff and businesses.

How do I get to 664?

664 Collins Street is perfectly positioned in Melbourne’s new business centre, with easy access to the CBD and Docklands. 664 Collins Street is situated adjacent to the Southern Cross Station and the nearest tram stop is situated right out the front. The building offers secure parking spaces as well as parking options in the surrounding area. The nearest parking includes:

  • Secure Parking – 664 Collins Street/699 Bourke Street Car Park
  • Secure Parking – 700 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD

664 Collins Street is also surrounded by cycleways and is conveniently close to freeway access points.

Do I need a security pass to enter the branch?

No, you will not need a security pass to access level 10 where the branch will be located. Once you arrive in the foyer of 664 Collins Street, please take the lifts to level 10.
